Who we are
We are a team of experienced athletes and want to share our passion for wind, water and snow with you!
PROBOARDER has been teaching kitesurfing, windsurfing, snowboarding and many other sports in Europe and Asia since 1998. In 2002 we founded our school at the Reschenpass. The Reschenpass is not only one of the most famous mountain passes at the border triangle (Italy, Austria, Switzerland), but also ideal for all kinds of windsports. Due to its geographical position and the steep mountains at the edge of the Lake, which are creating a so-called jet effect, you will find a very reliable wind region here.
Our school you find on the shore of Lake Reschen. We offer good entry and exit possibilities, lots of space in and on the (frozen) lake, as well as shallow water. We teach kitesurfing in summer and snowkiting in winter. Since 2019, we have expanded our offer to include wingfoiling, wingskiing, wingsnowboarding and wingskating.
We are a member of the world’s largest water sports school association, the VDWS, according to whose guidelines we also teach. Our instructors are VDWS qualified, which means that at PROBOARDER you can acquire a VDWS kitesurf or wingfoil licence.
No matter if you are a newcomer, an intermediate or a semi-professional – here at the Lake Reschen you will find optimal conditions. We train you, get you on the board and in the air, simply perfect your style or show you new tricks!
